<h1>Role Summary:</h1>
<p>As the first hire under our Chief Product Officer, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Help shape the design team, culture, and systems.</li>
<li>Design and build systems in Figma that adhere to an evolving style guide.</li>
<li>Gain a deep understanding of the pain points in our ecosystem of brands and content creators.</li>
<li>Have direct impact on the Trend product experience by iterating and designing features that eliminate friction.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineers to ensure end product development matches with Figma mockups.</li>
<li>Collaborate with customer success team to gather feedback and deliver solutions to problems.</li>
<li>Directly work with our Chief Product Officer to bring mock ups in Figma to life in the product.</li>
<li>Design pixel perfect customer experiences.</li>
<li>Optimize the customer journey from onboarding through retention.<br></li>
</ul>
<h1>Our ideal candidate will:</h1>
<ul>
<li>Have 4+ years of product design experience.</li>
<li>Strong communication and ability to articulate new product ideas cross functionally.</li>
<li>Be super detail oriented and have empathy for our customer’s experience.</li>
<li>Be skilled at / have fun distilling abstract feedback into elegant product features.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of visual design and product thinking.</li>
<li>Be comfortable with requirements that are sometimes broad and ambiguous in nature while also open to working on projects with a narrow, highly defined scope.</li>
