Our Product Manager is a highly analytical individual with an outstanding history of enhancing the organizations and processes around them. With innovation being one of our core values, the product manager will work cross functionally throughout our entire organization to seek ways to innovate and improve the Kasheesh user experience. As the lead product manager at Kasheesh, you should have significant experience building and launching financial products, being integral in creating products from concept to implementation. You should have passion for helping users achieve a healthier financial life and are an outside the box thinking individual. The product manager will work closely with our senior management in order to shape the scope of the direction of our product's roadmap, solving the modern day perils consumers face when making purchases online. Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct research to deeply understand Kasheesh users financial problems and anxieties to enhance future product development</li><li>Identify the most pressing issues in the product, find creative solutions to them, and quickly implement improvements</li><li>Drive team execution by defining roadmaps</li><li>Work closely with the engineering, marketing, customer success, and team counterparts to deliver quality products.</li><li>Work with the Kasheesh team to ensure consistency of experience across both the consumer and internal sides of the product</li><li>Define clear product requirements for new features</li><li>Monitor product data to refine and innovate post product launch</li></ul> Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>3+ years in Product Management in the finance and technology industry</li><li>Understands the Commercial Cards/Fintech data landscape to identify areas where Kasheesh can&nbsp;continue to grow.</li><li>Effective communicator with excellent written and communication skills</li><li>Has the ability to plan a project, gather the resources and see it through to completion no matter what challenges you encounter.</li><li>Ability to drive a project from idea to implementation, including developing product roadmaps and development timelines</li><li>Proven ability to adjust quickly to shiing priorities and multiple demands</li></ul> Our ideal candidate<ul><li>Has experience experience with building financial products</li><li>Thrives in a fast paced environment; we have a lot of hats that need to be worn</li><li>Enjoys interacting with people and working collaboratively</li></ul>
