🌟 Product Manager - Crypto
We are seeking a Product Manager to join Pulley’s Crypto team. This role is ideal for an individual who has experience in token, and is passionate about building a world-class token distribution platform. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, from conception to launch.
🛠 Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pulley’s token management product.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to build and launch new features.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other Pulley Product team members to build a consistent product experience across token and equity management products.</li>
<li>Interact directly with customers (CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and HR) to learn about their workflow and understand their pain points. Use the insights to drive a roadmap that articulates the product’s strategy, vision, and goals.</li>
<li>Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product meets customer satisfaction and business goals.</li>
<li>Act as a primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.</li>
</ul>
🙌 Qualifications
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in product management, with 2+ years of experience of building in Crypto.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.</li>
<li>Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is a plus.</li>
