What you’ll do<ul><li>Stand up our marketing function and own lead generation across audiences, with a heavy focus on content marketing and lead nurturing</li><li>Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to reach and demonstrate thought leadership with clean energy developers, tax credit buyers, banks, syndicators, and advisors</li><li>Tailor marketing approaches to clearly articulate value propositions to distinct audiences in the clean energy space</li><li>Collaborate closely with our Markets and Transactions team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and optimize lead generation</li><li>Partner with internal and external experts to develop compelling thought leadership and content marketing strategies</li><li>Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and media partners to amplify our brand presence and authority</li><li>Analyze and track marketing performance, using insights to continually refine and optimize campaigns</li><li>Efficiently manage internal and external resources to get the best results, building a high-performing team as-necessary</li><li>Foster a positive team culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning</li></ul> Who you are<ul><li>7+ years of experience in marketing with experience building a content-heavy strategy for technical audiences.
